We are partnering with a growing fashion retailer to appoint a Store Manager for an exciting new store opening in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced fashion retailer to join at an exciting stage of growth, taking ownership of the store from pre-opening through to launch and ongoing trading.

The Role

You will:

  • Lead the new store opening, from recruitment and training through to launch.

  • Take ownership of sales, KPIs and commercial performance.

  • Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team.

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and high service standards.

  • Drive strong standards across VM, stock management and store operations.

  • Analyse trading performance and identify opportunities to maximise sales.

  • Build a positive, high-performance team culture.

  • Work closely with the wider business on launches and commercial initiatives.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager or Flagship Store Manager with:

  • Strong experience within fashion, premium retail.

  • A proven track record of delivering strong commercial results.

  • Experience leading and developing retail teams.

  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs and commercial performance.

  • A genuine passion for fashion, people and customer experience.
