We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a well-established and growing beauty retailer in Kildare. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Store Manager to take ownership of a busy store, lead a passionate team and drive commercial performance.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong sales performance and a positive team culture.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead, coach and motivate a team to achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets.

• Take full ownership of store performance, including sales, conversion, ATV and UPT.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong customer relationships.

• Recruit, onboard and develop team members.

• Manage rotas, payroll, holidays and day-to-day people management.

• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and brand standards.

• Monitor stock levels, deliveries, replenishment and stock loss.

• Analyse commercial performance and implement action plans to maximise sales.

• Ensure company policies, procedures and health & safety standards are consistently followed.

• Create an engaging and inclusive store environment where the team can thrive.

What we're looking for:

• Previous Store Manager or Assistant Manager experience within beauty, cosmetics, fashion, premium, luxury retail or a customer-focused environment.

• A strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets.

• A genuine passion for beauty and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Confident working with sales figures, KPIs and performance data.

• Highly organised, proactive and hands-on in your management approach.

• Someone who can inspire a team while maintaining high standards.
