What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, coach and develop a passionate retail team.
- Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong customer loyalty.
- Recruit, onboard and develop talented team members.
- Manage stock, rotas, payroll and operational processes.
- Analyse performance and identify opportunities to maximise results.
- Ensure the store consistently reflects the brand's exciting, trend-led identity.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a commercially focused Store Manager who can combine strong leadership with a genuine passion for beauty and customer experience.
You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience managing a high-performing retail store or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- A commercial mindset with a track record of delivering against targets.
- Energy, enthusiasm and a natural ability to inspire others.
- A genuine interest in beauty, trends and the wider retail landscape.
- The flexibility and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced airport environment.
Previous beauty, cosmetics, fashion or premium retail experience would be highly advantageous.
