The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the store, leading your team to deliver excellent customer service while driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance.

You'll be hands-on in the day-to-day running of the store, setting high standards across customer experience, team performance, visual presentation and operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching and developing the retail team.

• Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance.

• Delivering a premium customer experience and building strong customer relationships.

• Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store presentation.

• Managing stock, operations and compliance.

• Recruiting, developing and retaining talented colleagues.

• Creating a positive, engaging and high-performing store environment.

• Taking ownership of the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the store.

What We're Looking For

You'll have experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Department Manager within premium fashion, lifestyle, luxury or specialist retail.

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong leadership and people development skills.

• A genuine passion for customer service.

• A commercial approach with experience of achieving sales targets.

• Confidence working with KPIs and using them to improve performance.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
