Store Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the overall day-to-day operation of the retail store.

• Drive sales, maximise profitability and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Recruit, train, motivate and develop a high-performing team.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain excellent customer standards.

• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximise commercial results.

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock management and store presentation.

• Manage staffing levels, rotas and payroll effectively.

• Ensure all company procedures, policies and operational standards are followed.

• Create a positive, energetic and high-performing team culture.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager or General Manager.

• A proven track record of driving retail sales and achieving KPIs.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Experience managing, coaching and developing retail teams.

• Commercially aware with a passion for delivering results.

• A hands-on management style and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

• A passion for retail, trends, merchandising and customer experience.

• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
