Store Supervisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Store Supervisor to join a renowned luxury retail brand in Bicester Village in a full-time role.

As Store Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team. This role is ideal for a confident retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and enjoys leading by example on the shop floor.

Duties

• Support the day-to-day operation of the boutique.
• Lead, motivate and coach the team to achieve sales and service objectives.
• Deliver a personalised and memorable luxury shopping experience.
• Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Assist with staff training, development and performance management.
• Ensure operational procedures are followed and company standards are maintained.

Experience

• Previous supervisory experience within luxury, premium or high-end retail.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commercially aware with a proactive and results-focused approach.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Flexible to work weekends and busy trading periods.
