Stores Operative in Bournemouth

We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Operative to join a busy team in Bournemouth, supporting the day-to-day movement, storage and distribution of goods.
This is a hands-on stores-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is confident working across goods in, goods out, forklift operations and general logistics.
🔧 The Role
- Managing goods in and goods out, ensuring deliveries and dispatches are processed accurately.
- Loading and unloading vehicles using a Counterbalance Forklift.
- Picking, packing, labelling and preparing goods for dispatch.
- Driving company vans to support local deliveries and collections when required.
- Maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring goods are stored correctly.
- Supporting general stores, warehouse and logistics operations to keep the department running efficiently.
- Working closely with internal teams, couriers and suppliers to ensure goods move smoothly.
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence – ESSENTIAL
- Clean Full UK Driving Licence – ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience in stores, warehouse, logistics or supply chain.
- Comfortable with manual handling, picking, packing and stock movement.
- Good attention to detail and a reliable approach to work.
- A team player who is happy to get stuck in and support wherever needed.
