We’re currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join the Stores team of a growing engineering business in Gloucester. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, making sure goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Receiving, checking and unloading deliveries
  • Picking and packing customer orders
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
  • Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate records
  • Operating warehouse equipment and pallet trucks
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
  • Supporting the wider Stores team with general warehouse duties
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and organised, with good attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a team.
You will need:
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items
  • A flexible and positive approach to work
