Adecco are currently recruiting for Street Homeless Service Coordinators to support a dynamic and impactful homelessness service based at a specialist Rough Sleepers Hub in South West London.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in tackling homelessness and supporting vulnerable individuals to access safe and sustainable housing.

  • Temporary Role - 3 months with likely extension
  • PO1 - £20.76 per hour PAYE / £27.07 per hour Umbrella (possible negotiation depending on experience)
  • Hybrid Working - typically 3 days per week in office - (Battersea, SW11) - however must be willing to be in office up to 5 days per week should this be required due to service need.


About the Role

Working within a dedicated Street Homeless Assessment Hub, you will engage directly with individuals who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. You will deliver a responsive, trauma-informed service, helping people navigate housing pathways and access the support they need.

This is a hybrid role, typically requiring 3 days per week in the office, however flexibility is essential as you may be required to attend the office up to 5 days per week depending on service needs.




Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and support individuals experiencing or at risk of street homelessness
  • Carry out assessments and provide tailored housing advice and solutions
  • Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver joined-up support
  • Manage a caseload and support individuals into appropriate accommodation pathways
  • Provide a compassionate, person-centred approach at all times



Essential Skills & Experience

  • Understanding of street homelessness and the Homelessness Reduction Act
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or rough sleepers
  • Strong empathy and commitment to supporting homeless communities
  • Background in housing services, homelessness, or casework
  • Experience managing caseloads and working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
