Streetworks Planner in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

A leading UK contractor working in the water and civil engineering are looking for a Streetworks Planner for a 12 month FTC. This role ensures operational works are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with contractual commitments.

Requirements:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining excellent communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

• Previous experience in a planning, scheduling, or coordination role.
• Experience using Street Manager, Aurora, or similar planning systems.
• Good understanding of street works, traffic management requirements, and utility planning processes.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
• A positive, solution-focused approach and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Previous utilities experience would be advantageous.
