We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded structural engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint a Structural Engineer with 3-5 years' experience to join its growing London office.

The RoleAs a Structural Engineer, you will be involved in the design and delivery of a wide variety of projects from concept through to completion. Working alongside experienced Chartered Engineers, you will contribute to the development of practical, innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions while gaining exposure to all stages of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Structural design of steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and timber structures.
- Preparation of design calculations, technical reports and specifications.
- Assisting in the delivery of projects from concept design through to construction.
- Coordinating with architects, contractors, developers and multidisciplinary design teams.
- Undertaking site visits, structural inspections and technical assessments.
- Reviewing drawings and ensuring compliance with current regulations and design standards.
- Supporting project delivery and programme coordination.
- Working within BIM and 3D modelling environments where required.
- Degree qualified in Structural or Civil Engineering (BEng or MEng).
- 3-5 years' experience within a UK structural engineering consultancy.
- Experience designing building structures across a variety of sectors.
- Good working knowledge of Eurocodes and British Standards.
- Proficiency with structural analysis and design software such as Tekla Structural Designer, Tedds, MasterSeries, Robot or similar.
- Experience using AutoCAD, with Revit/BIM experience beneficial.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Progress towards IStructE or ICE Chartership would be advantageous.
