Our client is seeking a structural Revit technician with a difference.

If you have become bored in your current role, churning out drawings after drawings, this job will definitely appeal.

The role offers the opportunity to become fully immersed in each project, solving technical challenges through direct involvement with internal and external teams, including architects and clients.

You will take pride in producing work of the highest quality, focussing on accuracy and demonstrating a sound understanding of building structure design and construction.

This expanding and busy practice will encourage you to take ownership of your work whilst assisting with your professional development and career progression.

Project workload is varied and will include schemes such as commercial, leisure, residential developments and data centres.

You can be sure no 2 days will be the same with this firm, and your workload will be challenging but highly rewarding, seeing you influence and contribute your ideas on each project.

In return you can expect a collaborative environment, with hybrid working available and the opportunity to contribute to schemes throughout the lifecycle by producing drawings from Revit models and preparing structural models and drawings from sketches, calculations and other design information.

Ideally you will be proficient in AutoDesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and AutoDesk Forma, with experience working in steel, RC, masonry and timber construction. Candidates should hold HNC/HND in structural engineering, but relevant technical experience is equally important.
