Student Enrolment Assistant

Gloucester/Cheltenham - £14.29 per hour

Temporary, 5-week contract

Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm, with additional evening hours available

The Role:

• Print and prepare student identification badges

• Provide general administrative support throughout enrolment

• Welcome students and respond to queries in a helpful and professional manner

• Assist with online systems and basic technical tasks

• Support student wellbeing and follow appropriate safeguarding procedures

Person Requirements:

• Good administrative and online technical skills

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• A patient, approachable and supportive manner

• Flexibility to respond to changing priorities

• Confidence working in a busy, student-facing environment
