Your new role
- Act as first point of contact for academic staff who are concerned about student engagement or attendance.
- Triage students' needs and direct them to the appropriate support or intervention.
- Follow-up with students to ensure that they have re-engaged with their studies.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and outcomes in the required system.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent administrative skills
- Able to build empathy and rapport quickly with a wide range of people
- Excellent IT skills across the Microsoft Office suite
- Methodical with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with people at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What you'll get in return
- £15.99 per hour
- Hybrid working: 37 hours per week
- Temporary role until December 2026
