Your Role

As a Student Recruitment Specialist, you will:

• Generate a minimum of 30 leads each month through online and offline personal contacts.
• Inspire individuals to return to education and pursue their goals.
• Provide personalised support to guide students through the application process.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with students, families, and community groups.

Who We’re Looking For

• Passionate about helping students achieve their goals.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse communities.
• Experience in recruitment or outreach is a plus but not required.
• Open to applicants from all community backgrounds, aged 18–60, with access to public funds.
