Job Title: Sub Agent - Heavy Civils/Infrastructure - Heathrow Airport

Rate: £450-£475 per day (Inside IR35)

Contract Length: 6-9 months (strong likelihood of extension)

Location: Heathrow Airport, Airside & Landside

Job Description:

TRIbuild Solutions is recruiting an experienced Sub Agent on behalf of a Tier 1 contractor delivering heavy civils and infrastructure upgrade works at Heathrow Airport. This role spans both airside and landside operations, offering an initial 6-9 month contract with strong potential for extension.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the management and delivery of works within their designated area, supporting the Project/Site Agent and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery across multiple subcontract packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery of works across designated area, ensuring programme, cost, and quality targets are met
• Oversee and manage multiple subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and site standards
• Support planning, sequencing, and resourcing of works
• Liaise with client, design teams, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor progress against programme and report on any deviations
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental requirements in an operational airport environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sub Agent on heavy civils/infrastructure projects
• Demonstrable experience managing subcontractors is essential
• Airside/airport project experience highly desirable
• Relevant degree or equivalent industry qualification
• Valid CSCS card
• SMSTS certification
• Airside pass/security clearance eligibility (or ability to obtain)
