Sub Agent - Colchester - Outside IR35

We are currently looking for an experienced Sub Agent to work on a civil engineering project in Colchester. The role will focus on the delivery and supervision of haulage roads, access roads and car park works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

You will be responsible for coordinating site teams and subcontractors, monitoring progress, maintaining quality and ensuring health and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on highways, infrastructure or heavy civils projects, with strong knowledge of earthworks, roads and associated civils activities.

Must have CSCS and SMSTS.

This role comes with a long term contract and a top day rate Outside IR35!
