Sub Agent - Civil Engineering 

This highly respected civil engineering Tier 1 contractor has be awarded several high-profile schemes in London. Already having a long-established history in London, the success these new schemes has placed them in prime position in the London market. Working across infrastructure, water and frameworks they can offer an impressive portfolio of work to get involved with. To fulfil the current and new projects there is a need to increase the engineering teams with Sub Agents.

Position: Sub Agent

Location: London

Package: Negotiable               

As a Sub Agent, you'll be working within the team, supporting them in delivering exceptional project outcomes.

Your day to day will include:

• Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinating with engineers, forepersons, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow
• Monitoring progress against project schedules, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions
• Conducting site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments to ensure compliance
• Supporting the Site Agent in managing resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to maximise efficiency

Requirements

• Experience as a section engineer or sub agent would be a benefit
• CSCS
• HNC or degree qualified or equivalent
• Experience of working in Civil Engineering
