Summer Sales and Marketing Internship
Location: Live Developments + Regional Office
Contract: Fixed-term, full-time summer internship between July and September. A minimum full-time commitment of two months is required, with flexibility on overall duration. Weekend working will be required.

This Summer Sales and Marketing Internship offers hands-on experience in new homes sales, working directly with customers and our Sales Advisors. You will support enquiries, appointments, customer visits and help match buyers to the right homes, from first enquiry through to reservation.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up customer enquiries, support lead management and book appointments
- Support customer appointments, showhome visits and follow-up
- Help match customers to the right homes through needs and wants analysis
- Keep customer records accurate using our sales systems and technology
Requirements
- Confident communicator, in person and over the phone
- Computer literate and comfortable using systems and technology
- Competitive, self-motivated and interested in sales, marketing or customer-facing careers
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, including weekends and local travel when needed
