Supervisor

Overview

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the site team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor health and safety compliance, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics to optimise productivity.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to promote professional development.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, incidents, and operational reports.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained in good working order.

Skills

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a similar environment.
• Strong driving skills with a valid driving licence preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle client interactions diplomatically.
• Effective leadership skills with the capacity to motivate and manage teams efficiently.
