Groundworks Supervisor – Immediate Start (Monday)

Location: Leiston, Suffolk (IP17)
Rate: £27.50 per hour (CIS)
Duration: Long-term ongoing work

We are recruiting an experienced Groundworks Supervisor for a major infrastructure project in Leiston, Suffolk. This is a long-term opportunity with an immediate start on Monday, so we're looking for candidates who are available to begin straight away.

The Role

  • Supervising groundworks and civils teams on site

  • Coordinating daily activities to ensure work is completed safely and on programme

  • Promoting and maintaining high health & safety standards

  • Liaising with site management and subcontractors

  • Monitoring productivity and quality of work

  • Happy to muck in as and when needed

Requirements

  • SSSTS (essential)

  • Valid CSCS Card

  • Previous experience supervising groundworks or civil engineering projects

  • Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures

  • Good communication and leadership skills

  • Available to start on Monday
