Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of skilled operatives and specialist contractors.
- Monitor work quality, productivity, and programme delivery through regular site inspections.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
- Manage team performance, attendance, and development to maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate resources effectively to meet operational priorities and customer expectations.
- Previous supervisory experience within construction, maintenance, repairs, or planned works.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements and site compliance.
- Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
