Are you an experienced Supervisor looking for your next opportunity with a well-known high street brand?

We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to join a popular and fast-paced retailer in Belfast, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop your retail career within an established and growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.

• Lead, motivate and coach the team to achieve sales and KPI targets.

• Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain high service standards.

• Support with visual merchandising and maintaining strong store standards.

• Assist with stock management, deliveries and loss prevention.

• Help develop and train new and existing team members.

About You:

• Previous experience in a Supervisor, Senior Sales Advisor or Assistant Manager role.

• A strong understanding of retail KPIs and commercial performance.

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

• Highly organised, proactive and hands-on.

• A genuine interest in retail and developing your career.
