- A minimum of two years in a supplier-facing quality role (SQA, SQE or similar).
- The ability to interpret engineering drawings, PFMEAs and manufacturing process flows.
- Experience carrying out supplier audits and driving supplier improvement activities.
- Knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, RCCA or Six Sigma.
Desirable:
- Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
- Internal or Lead Auditor qualification.
- Experience developing supplier KPIs or supplier scorecards.
What’s on Offer
This is a unique opportunity to become the company’s dedicated Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer. You’ll enjoy a high level of autonomy, visibility across the organisation and the opportunity to make a genuine impact on product quality and supplier performance.
