9am to 3pm - Monday to Thursday
9am to 2.30pm Friday

Search Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced administrator to work for our clients warehouse based in Denton. Please note this a fully onsite position and does not offer hybrid working. This role will be working for a family run warehouse and distribution company that truly value their staff Our client is looking for a candidate that is experienced working with Sage and able to work on excel spreadsheets, including adding formulas. This role will also involve speaking with customers to keep them updated with orders so great customer service is also essential. Duties of the role will include:

• Offering verbal and written customer service to clients
• Working on Excel and Sage
• Supporting with Stock takes and producing reports
• Printing out orders
• Arranging deliveries
• Ordering stock
• Printing Labels for the warehouse
• General other admin work
• Adhering to all health and safety onsite

The successful candidate must have:

• Experience working with Excel and Sage
• Previous admin and customer service experience
• Be hard working
• Be able to create formulas
