A great opportunity to join a successful and growing consumer products business in a newly created position. Working within a small, friendly team, you’ll provide essential administrative support across supply chain, product compliance and regulatory activity.

It’s a busy and varied role where no two days will be quite the same, so it would suit someone who enjoys keeping things organised, following processes and making sure everything is completed accurately and on time.

What will you do as a Supply Chain Administrator?

  • Create purchase orders, product codes, sales orders and invoices
  • Coordinate courier shipments, samples, collections and deliveries
  • Prepare and submit product testing and certification applications
  • Maintain compliance records, product details and material information
  • Help manage product samples, ensuring labelled, recorded and easy to track
  • Log and track customer complaints, following up with relevant teams

What will you need to be a Supply Chain Administrator?

  • Administration experience
  • within supply chain, purchasing, logistics or compliance
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Comfortable using Excel, spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Basic shipping or logistics knowledge would be an advantage
  • FMCG or consumer product experience would be advantageous
