Supply Chain Advisor in Wythenshawe, Greater Manchester

We are recruiting for an organised and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance services. This role is responsible for managing subcontractors, maintaining accurate system records, and ensuring service targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate subcontractors for maintenance works.
  • Raise purchase orders and manage invoices.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and completion of work orders.
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance data.
  • Produce and analyse KPI reports.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Support continuous improvement and service delivery initiatives.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a coordination, scheduling, or facilities management role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
