We’re seeking a commercially minded Supply Chain Manager to strengthen supplier partnerships and drive performance across an HGV and specialist vehicle supply network.

The employer is dynamic, progressive and tech savvy with an impressive record of sustained ongoing growth and are a market leading player in their sector.

You’ll take ownership of:

• Expanding and strengthening the supplier network.
• Negotiating competitive tariffs, contracts and service agreements.
• Improving supplier performance, compliance and vehicle availability.
• Planning supply for peak demand and supporting new customer opportunities.
• Resolving operational challenges and improving cost and service.

You’ll bring:

• Strong HGV sector knowledge, commercial confidence and a practical approach to getting things done.
• A background in either supplier management, procurement, rental operations or account management within the HGV sector.
• Confidence in negotiating with directors, working closely with operational teams and turning relationships into results.
• Above all, you’ll be someone who takes ownership, builds productive relationships and follows through.
