Based in London, you will support the day-to-day management of supply chain and distribution operations, ensuring excellent product availability across a multi-site restaurant network.

Description
The Interim Supply Chain Specialist will provide operational supply chain support during a period of transition while a permanent appointment is finalised. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can quickly integrate into the business and manage day-to-day supply chain activities with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing third-party logistics (3PL) and distributor relationships.
- Supporting the day-to-day supply chain and distribution operation.
- Monitoring stock availability and maintaining continuity of supply across restaurant locations.
- Coordinating inbound shipments and supporting import activities.
- Managing supply disruptions and shipping delays, escalating issues where necessary.
- Analysing operational data and reporting through extensive spreadsheet use.
- Working closely with restaurant operators and internal stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues.
- Ensuring high service levels are maintained across the network.
- Contributing to operational stability throughout the interim period.
Profile
- Must be immediately available to start.
- Proven supply chain operations experience.
- Essential experience managing 3PL providers and distributor relationships.
- Experience within QSR, casual dining, foodservice, hospitality, or restaurant environments.
- Hotel food supply chain experience will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of distribution and inventory management.
- Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills with the ability to analyse operational data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Able to work independently and hit the ground running with minimal support.
- Calm, collaborative, and service-focused approach.
