The Teachers We’re Looking For

We’re always keen to hear from passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers, including EYFS Teachers who are passionate about creating engaging, nurturing and play-based learning environments.

We’re also looking for KS1 Teachers who know how to inspire and engage younger learners, as well as KS2 Teachers who can motivate and challenge pupils, including those with SATs experience.

We welcome ECTs who are looking for their first teaching placement or wanting to gain experience across different schools.

We also work with PPA Teachers who enjoy working across different classes and year groups, Intervention Teachers who can provide targeted support and help pupils make progress, and SATs Specialists who can deliver effective booster sessions and help pupils achieve their potential.

Experienced teachers who are able to support and guide Early Career Teachers as ECT Mentors are also encouraged to get in touch.

We’re always keen to hear from Experienced Supply Teachers too, whether you enjoy the variety of day-to-day supply or are looking for your next long-term opportunity.

Day-to-day supply is perfect if you want maximum flexibility and control over your working week. You can choose the days you want to work, fit teaching around your existing commitments and gain experience in different schools.

There’s also no planning, marking or parent evenings, with local opportunities available across Derby and the surrounding areas.

Long-Term Opportunities

If you’re looking for more consistency without committing to a permanent position, we can provide regular work in one school, competitive rates for long-term placements and the opportunity to build strong relationships with staff and pupils.

Long-term placements can also allow you to take on greater classroom responsibility and may provide opportunities to move into permanent positions.
