About the Role

Whether you're an experienced teacher looking for greater flexibility, an ECT looking to build confidence in the classroom, or a teacher considering a return to education, supply can offer the perfect balance. You can choose the type of work that suits you while continuing to make a real difference to pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Supply teaching can also be a fantastic route into a full-time position. By getting to know different schools, you may find a setting that feels like the right fit and could lead to a longer-term or permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Follow lesson plans and school policies effectively.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and maintain their engagement throughout the day.
- Manage behaviour confidently and consistently.
- Adapt quickly to different schools, year groups, and classroom environments.
- Provide clear feedback to school staff following each placement.
- Holds QTS or equivalent.
- Has recent experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
- Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Is reliable, adaptable, and confident working across different year groups.
- Has a positive attitude and a genuine passion for teaching.
- Is looking for flexible opportunities and is open to day-to-day, short-term, or longer-term work.
