About the Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning by delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining a positive classroom environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering engaging lessons across a range of year groups and subjects
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Ensuring pupils remain engaged and motivated throughout the day
• Providing a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Following school policies and procedures
• Providing feedback to school staff at the end of each day

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Has recent experience teaching in UK primary or secondary schools
• Is confident delivering lessons across different year groups and subjects
• Has strong classroom management skills
• Is adaptable, organised and reliable
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to apply for one
