Supply Teacher – Primary Schools – North West London

Location: Brent, Westminster, Barnet and surrounding North West London areas
Pay: £150–£180 per day
Pay Options: PAYE or Umbrella
Contract: Ad hoc, daily supply, short-term and flexible cover
Start Date: Ongoing

Enrich Education Recruitment is looking to for qualified primary teachers who are available for ad hoc supply work across a strong and growing portfolio of schools in North West London, including Brent, Westminster and Barnet.

We are fortunate to work with a wide range of schools, each offering something different. 

This is ideal for teachers who want flexibility, local work, and the chance to work across a variety of schools without committing to one permanent post.

The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will be expected to step into the classroom confidently and deliver a positive, structured day for pupils.

Daily responsibilities may include:

Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policy
Creating a calm, purposeful and inclusive learning environment
Marking work where required and leaving clear handover notes
Supporting pupils with different learning needs, including SEND and EAL
Working professionally with teaching assistants, phase leaders and school staff
Following safeguarding procedures and maintaining professional standards at all times

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for qualified teachers who are reliable, professional and confident working across different school settings.

You must have:

Qualified Teacher Status — QTS
Experience teaching in UK primary schools
Strong classroom management
Good curriculum knowledge across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
A flexible and professional approach
The ability to quickly build relationships with pupils and staff
A strong understanding of safeguarding
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to complete a new DBS

We are particularly interested in teachers who are available for morning calls, same-day cover, pre-booked supply and regular weekly availability.
