Salary: £130 – £180 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education is seeking reliable and adaptable Supply Teachers to work in secondary schools across Sleaford. This is an ideal opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety and want the flexibility of supply work without committing to a permanent position.

We are looking for teachers who can confidently step into different classrooms, deliver lessons effectively, and maintain a positive learning environment. You can be a specialist in any subject – we are interested in hearing from teachers across all secondary subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Teach within your subject specialism where appropriate
• Manage classroom behaviour confidently and fairly
• Ensure students remain engaged and complete the work provided
• Adapt quickly to different schools, year groups, and classroom environments
• Follow each school's safeguarding and behaviour policies
• Provide feedback to school staff where required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching within a UK secondary school
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A reliable, flexible, and professional approach
• The confidence to work independently in different school settings
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
