The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you'll step into classrooms with confidence, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining positive learning environments, and ensuring pupils continue to thrive in the absence of their regular teacher.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons and learning activities
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and positively
• Adapt quickly to different school environments
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere
• Ensure students remain engaged and on track with their learning
• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching within UK schools
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A flexible, professional and proactive approach
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
