• Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and pupil wellbeing.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with each school's behaviour policy.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of pupils with a range of abilities and learning styles.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, school staff, and senior leadership teams.
• Complete lesson feedback and handover notes for the returning class teacher where required.
• Follow all school policies and procedures, including safeguarding, behaviour management, and health and safety requirements.
• Uphold high professional standards and represent the agency positively within each school.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within UK primary or secondary schools.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• A flexible, reliable, and professional approach to teaching.
• The ability to quickly adapt to different school environments and establish positive classroom routines.
• A sound understanding of the UK curriculum.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• The right to work in the UK.
