Teaching Personnel is recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming primary schools in Exeter from September 2026. The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
  • Follow school plans and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Adapt quickly to different classroom settings.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Ensure pupils remain engaged and supported throughout the school day.
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching within UK primary schools.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • A flexible, reliable and professional approach.
  • A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Teaching Personnel.
