We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming secondary schools in Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, and Henley-on-Thames. Opportunities are available across all subject specialisms, with immediate starts and ongoing assignments throughout the academic year.

The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 opportunities may also be available).
  • Follow school lesson plans or confidently deliver your own where required.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment.
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings and build positive relationships with students and staff.
  • Maintain high standards of teaching and professionalism.
We Are Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS, QTLS or equivalent) or experienced unqualified teachers with relevant classroom experience.
  • Experience teaching within UK secondary schools.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people in their education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
