Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Supply Teachers to support our partner schools across Daventry and the surrounding Northamptonshire area. We work with a wide range of primary and secondary schools, giving you the opportunity to gain experience across different settings while maintaining the flexibility that comes with supply teaching.

As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom behaviour effectively and ensuring a positive learning environment for students. Depending on your experience and preferences, you may be working across different year groups and schools, with opportunities available for both planned cover and short-notice assignments.

You will be supported by your dedicated Tradewind consultant, who will work with you to understand your preferred schools, subjects, year groups and availability, helping us find assignments that suit you.

• Qualified Teachers with QTS or relevant teaching experience
