About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across welcoming mainstream primary schools in Ealing from September 2026.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring pupils continue to receive high-quality learning experiences in the absence of their usual class teacher.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
- Follow planned lessons and adapt teaching approaches where required.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and consistently.
- Support pupils to remain focused, motivated, and engaged in their learning.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
- Follow school policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback to schools regarding pupil progress and lesson delivery where required.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Previous experience teaching within a primary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach.
- The ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- A passion for providing high-quality learning experiences.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one).
