Primary School Teacher – Merthyr Tydfil

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Plan and prepare lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to promote student development
• Manage classroom behaviour and foster a safe learning environment

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse student needs
• Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
• Flexibility to work full-time or part-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
