Teach is currently recruiting qualified and experienced Supply Teachers to work across primary and secondary schools in Colchester and the surrounding areas.

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed teachers who are passionate about education and enjoy the variety that supply teaching can offer. Whether you are looking for flexible day-to-day work, longer-term assignments or a way to fit teaching around your existing commitments, we have opportunities available to suit a range of preferences.

As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver lessons in line with school policies, lesson plans and curriculum requirements. You will provide a positive and inclusive learning environment, manage classroom behaviour effectively and support pupils to remain engaged with their learning.

We welcome applications from experienced teachers as well as Early Career Teachers, subject to the requirements of individual schools. We are particularly interested in hearing from teachers who are reliable, adaptable and confident working across different school environments.

To be considered, you will need to hold Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification and have the right to work in the UK. You should have a professional approach, effective classroom management skills and a genuine commitment to supporting pupils' learning and development.
