We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational setting (desirable but not essential).
• Has a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
• Is confident supporting classroom management and encouraging positive behaviour.
• Can adapt quickly to different schools, classes and year groups.
• Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
• Is reliable, enthusiastic and ready to make a positive impact wherever they work.
