• Has previous experience working with children, ideally within a primary school
• Is confident supporting pupils in a classroom environment
• Can quickly adapt to different schools and teaching teams
• Has a patient, positive and approachable personality
• Builds strong relationships with children
• Can support positive behaviour and engagement
• Is dependable, professional and enthusiastic
• Has a genuine interest in helping children learn and develop
