What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities
• Helping maintain a positive and focused learning environment
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
• Helping the school day run smoothly

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people
• Childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN experience welcomed
• Patient, reliable and adaptable
• Confident working in different school environments
• Passionate about supporting pupils and helping them progress
