Tradewind Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary, SEN and specialist schools throughout Bedfordshire from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, graduates or anyone passionate about supporting children who wants the freedom to choose when and where they work.

The role:

• Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 settings
• Support pupils with their learning, confidence and development
• Work alongside teachers to create a positive and engaging classroom environment
• Provide one-to-one and small group support where required
• Adapt quickly to different schools, year groups and pupil needs

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare or support setting
• Is caring, adaptable and confident working with a range of pupils
• Can build positive relationships with children and staff
• Is reliable, flexible and willing to get involved
• Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is happy to obtain one
