Support Worker
Belmont Recruitment
We are currently recruiting 11 Support Workers and Senior Support Workers to join a Supported Living service in Padiham, supporting adults aged 23-55 with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Challenging Behaviour, Physical Disabilities, Complex Physical Impairments, and Personal Care needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals to live independently, achieve their personal goals, access their local communities, and enjoy fulfilling daily lives. We are looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic people who can build positive relationships and deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
We're particularly interested in candidates who are mature, dependable, and professional, while also bringing energy, humour, and a positive attitude to the people they support. Previous experience within care or support work is desirable, although drivers are not required for these positions.
Higher-paid opportunities are available for candidates who hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or above, with both qualified and non-qualified positions available.
The service operates a mixture of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, including sleep-ins. Rotas are released two weeks in advance and will include weekend working on a rota basis.
In return, we offer flexible full-time and part-time opportunities, consistent 3-month rolling block bookings, ongoing support, and the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidates.
If you're passionate about supporting adults to lead independent and meaningful lives, we'd love to hear from you.
