Are you a caring and compassionate individual looking for a rewarding career? We're seeking Support Workers to support adults in supported living services across Bristol, helping them live independently and achieve their personal goals.

The Role

• Support with daily living tasks, personal care and household duties.
• Encourage independence and community involvement.
• Assist with appointments, activities, budgeting and tenancy support.
• Administer medication following training.
• Promote emotional wellbeing, dignity and choice.
• Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures.

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as full training is provided.

Hours Services operate 24/7, with shifts between 7:00am and 11:00pm, including weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins where required.
