What You'll Be DoingAs a Support Worker, your role goes far beyond routine care. You'll help service users feel safe, valued, and heard by providing respectful personal care, administering medication, and supporting their health needs. Whether you're assisting with arts and crafts, baking, or encouraging time outdoors on our on‑site farm, your presence will bring warmth and reassurance every day.
You'll be part of a supportive team, sharing laughs, learning new things, and making a genuine impact where it matters most.
Shift RequirementsYou must be willing to work evening shifts: 17:30-22:00 Long days also available (14.5 hours, 7 days a week)
What We're Looking For-
At least 6 months' experience in a care or support setting

Confidence in providing personal care and administering medication

Epilepsy Awareness

A driver's licence is a bonus due to location, but not essential

A DBS on the update service is ideal - but we can support you if you need a new one

£13.75 per hour, paid weekly
