Role: Children's Support Worker

Your Contribution
Support vulnerable children in residential and community setups, focusing on emotional growth and safety.
Apply trauma-informed practices to support young people with autism, SEMH needs, and childhood adversity.

Requirements
1+ years of UK-based care experience with vulnerable youth or looked-after children. (Transferable UK adult complex care background accepted with strong trauma/PACE understanding).
Valid UK driving license and car owner.
Full Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
A compassionate, reliable, and grounded attitude.
